"Motivated Employees = Satisfied Customers = Increased Sales"
PURPOSE: Based on what employees say they want from their employers, workshop attendees will come to understand and be enabled to implement concrete strategies for motivating employees, which will lead to increased satisfaction of customers and increased sales of their company's products or services.
Overview
Having satisfied customers is the key to business success. Employees who feel good about their jobs, because they are having their needs and aspirations met, are more inclined to treat their customers well. This workshop focuses on what will motivate employees to do their best to satisfy customer needs and desires, thereby increasing sales. After emphasizing what employees want from their jobs, a discussion will be held on how to create and maintain a culture that reflects the actual values of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, in place of something that is just desired or written on paper. Then what customers really want from your business will be discussed. Finally, the importance of having a vision, how to develop it, and the five elements that a vision should contain, will be discussed. The workshop is designed to be very interactive, and will typically be scheduled to last 2 hours and 30 minutes.
